Not only did Lia, the owner, go above and beyond to ensure my comfort, but she even helped me find a lost earring, showcasing her dedication to guest satisfaction. the cozy apartment boasted top-notch heating, making my stay in chilly weather incredibly comfortable, while the well-equipped kitchen with electric kettle and cookware allowed me to enjoy a warm cup of tea whenever I pleased. the charming terrace provided a lovely spot to unwind, taking in the picturesque surroundings of the Portuguese flair just outside. the convenient location near Café Santiago and other local eateries further added to the overall delightful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Step for a truly exceptional stay in Porto.
